The tasks to be carried out involve: coordination and implementation of R&D projects and knowledge valorization, preparation of R&D project proposals, team management and guidance of junior researchers, scientific production targeting international journals and conferences, intervention in the scientific and professional communities, and coordination and participation in scientific and technological dissemination initiatives, especially in the field Computational Learning Applied on telecommunications and multimedia, particularly in the specific area of wireless networks, communication technologies, optoelectronic technologies, multimedia and computer vision.

The minimum requirement for the profile is a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a post-doctoral researcher; experience in the application of computer learning and deep learning techniques in the specific area of wireless networks, communication technologies, optoelectronic technologies, multimedia and computer vision; experience in managing high performance computing platforms based on GPUs; experience in Python, C / C ++ programming languages; experience in project management involving units from scientific system and business / industrial units; experience in coordination and participation in international projects; fluency in English.
