The INESC Brussels HUB Summer Meeting 2025 took place in Brussels on June 25–26, 2025, bringing together over 150 participants from EU institutions, national authorities, RPOs, industry, and foresight communities. The event focused on strategic autonomy, dual-use research and innovation, and the coherence of European funding instruments. Through high-level panels and targeted roundtable discussions, the meeting advanced the dialogue on FP10, knowledge security, and distributed capability-building, reinforcing the role of R&I in Europe’s long-term resilience and competitiveness.
