Here’s your latest opportunity to raise your international scientific profile by participating in an internship abroad.

INESC TEC’s long-running partner, NII – The National Institute of Informatics, in Japan, is offering vacancies for research internships hosted by NII’s senior researchers. Since its first MoU with NII, INESC TEC has supported several junior researchers in expanding their scientific network through collaboration with Japanese researchers of high calibre affiliated with NII.

For a quick understanding of NII’s programme and how INESC TEC will be selecting its candidates, we are attaching an e-leaflet with key deadlines and steps you need to take to submit your application.  You will also find the link to the official Call Announcement by NII, which we advise you to go through as it takes precedence over the information on the leaflet.

If you are planning to apply for this edition, make sure to get your supervisor and Centre’s Coordination approval before moving forward.

INESC TEC, through the International Relations Service, will not be accepting applications submitted after October 4 in order to meet the deadline set by NII.
