ACCESS2ACCESS is a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action laying the foundations for a future European access framework for Research Infrastructures (RIs), aiming to make access more discoverable, inclusive, fair, efficient and sustainable across scientific domains. The project maps existing European and national access schemes, identifies gaps and best practices, captures the needs of RI users, operators, funders and policymakers, and co-designs future governance, funding and access models. It also develops a conceptual AI-assisted “one-stop-shop” approach for discovering RI services, alongside policy recommendations, operational blueprints and an adoption toolkit to support future implementation and inform ERA and FP10 priorities.
