From the airports
The most practical routes for visitors arriving at Brussels Airport (BRU) or Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL).
Direct train

- Follow signs to the railway station, located directly below the airport terminal.
- Take a direct IC train serving Brussels-Luxembourg (for example, services towards Dinant or Charleroi-Central, depending on the timetable).
- Get off at Brussels-Luxembourg / Brussel-Luxemburg.
- Cross Place du Luxembourg and walk uphill along Rue du Luxembourg towards Trône. The office is near the top of the street.
Total time excludes waiting. SNCB airport rail tickets include the Brussels Airport Supplement in most cases. The 2026 supplement is €6.90 where it must be purchased separately; the final fare depends on ticket type and travel time.

- From Arrivals, follow signs to the airport bus station on Level 0. The temporary bus station is about 100 m from the arrivals hall.

- Take the direct Flibco shuttle from Charleroi Airport to Brussels-Midi / Brussel-Zuid.
- At Brussels-Midi, follow signs to the metro.
- Take metro line 2 or 6 towards Elisabeth.
- Get off at Trône / Troon.
- Use the Rue du Luxembourg / Luxemburgstraat exit. The office is about 50 m away.
Shuttle runs about every 20 min, from €14.99. Metro fare is €2.40 contactless.

- Take an SNCB train from Charleroi-Central to Brussels-Midi.
- At Brussels-Midi, take metro line 2 or 6 towards Elisabeth.
- Get off at Trône / Troon and walk about 50 m to Rue du Luxembourg 3.
A1 runs 4 times per hour; TEC airport bus fare is €6. Since July 2026, SNCB directs rail passengers to connect via Charleroi-Central and TEC line A1 for airport journeys.

From the railway stations
Brussels-Luxembourg
About 500 m from the office. Cross Place du Luxembourg and walk uphill along Rue du Luxembourg towards Trône.
6–8 min walk
Brussels-Midi / Brussel-Zuid
Take metro 2 or 6 towards Elisabeth and get off at Trône / Troon. Use the Rue du Luxembourg exit.
10–15 min to the office
Brussels-Central
About 1 km away. You can walk, or take metro 1/5 to Arts-Loi and change to line 2/6 for Trône.
15–20 min on foot
Getting around Brussels
Metro
Trône / Troon is the nearest metro station, served by lines 2 and 6, around 50 m from the building.
Bus
Luxembourg is the useful nearby stop for visitors coming from Brussels Airport on line 12. Check STIB for live departures and temporary diversions.
STIB contactless fares
Tap a contactless bank card, phone or smartwatch. A standard journey is €2.40; transfers within 60 minutes are included and the daily contactless cap is €8.50.
Licensed taxis
Brussels taxis use regulated meter-based fares. For airport or late-night travel, allow extra time for traffic and always use an official taxi or confirmed app booking.
Uber
Operates in Brussels with pickups at both BRU and CRL. The exact meeting point is shown in the app after booking.
Bolt
Also operates at both airports. Pickup locations and live prices are shown in the app and can change with airport operations and demand.
